In September 2018, I was granted a granted a 50 day artist residency in Southern Japan.
The project was to create artworks to promote the breathtaking village of Ubuyama;
A small village that sits within the volcanic region of Aso.
These photos were taken accross 5 different regions of Aso, Japan:
Ubuyama, Minamioguni, Oguni, Aso City, and Takamori
